Donate Life West Virginia Hospital Challenge

We invite you to join in the Donate Life West Virginia Hospital Challenge. This campaign challenges hospitals to educate employees and the community about the crucial need for organ, eye, and tissue donation. We encourage individuals to register as donors and provide them with opportunities to sign up.

The hospital campaign is a special effort of West Virginia Donate Life and the University of Pittsburgh Donors Matter campaign to enlist hospitals to be partners in promoting donor registration.

How it works: 

Use the links below to download a .zip file containing everything you need to enter the hospital challenge, customized for your hospital. You’ll find a scorecard of donor designation and awareness activities, special designation forms, an 11 x 17 poster, matching table tents, and access to CME-accredited online organ donation education designed specially for hospital staff. In addition, some hospitals will be eligible to receive a free pop-up banner to use at donor designation events.
